Guidelines
It almost goes without saying that we will not publish any articles with adult content or articles not related to travel.
Article Content. The content of your article should concern itself exclusively the topic of interest or the subject travel destination. Quality photos are welcome. Our WYSIWYG interface makes it a breeze to insert them into your article.
Self-Promotion. Insert your self-promotional language into the Author Credits area when submitting your article. What you place there will appear in the right column of your article pages. You may insert as many links to your web site(s) as you wish and even images or image ads (max pixel width = 125). We are not aware of any other article site that gives you this kind of latitude in regards to promoting yourself or your business.
Reviews.
Books. If you wish to promote a published book of yours we would welcome your contribution. Any links to sellers should be placed in the Author Credits Section.
Hotels, Restaurants, and Other Service Providers. These reviews must be written by unbiased travellers, not the businesses which provide the services.
Examples - Good and Bad
You run a sail boat rental company in Tahiti
. The article you submit concerns itself exclusively with the pleasures of sailing in Tahiti, and you have included a couple of great photos of the islands. Your article might even mention the price range a person could expect to pay for daily sailboat rentals and the importance of sailing with an experienced guide. But the primary thrust of the article is about sailing. In the Author Credits section you clearly identify yourself as the owner of a sailboat rental company and upload a 120 x 600 skyscraper image ad. Your article will be accepted.
You have a chain of hotels in Florida you wish to promote. Your article mentions a few of the local attractions, but mentions Disneyworld only in relation to how conveniently located one of the hotels is to Disneyworld. The article appears to be a review of hotels in the area, but it is really an infomercial. Your article will be declined.
We hope this clarifies out submission policies. Please drop us an email if you have any questions.
Feel free to submit the article itself via email for prior evaluation.
Best Regards,
Ron Mears
